Downloading right now. Very slow, 38 mins. Been waiting a long time to try this.

This game is going to be fantastic, everything feels and looks great, only done a few laps and had to tear myself away to post this and get some food and drink.

Hows it compare to Rfactor 2?

Haven't played much rfactor2 recently so not fully up to speed on the latest version, never really thought rfactor2 was much better than rfactor from a driving point of view, but having said that the selection of cars was not that much of a draw for me as i like GT cars and it seemed to look worse than rfactor graphically at first, that may be my old system though, although this has only one car and one track straight away i felt more of a connection with what the car and tyres were doing, i felt very comfortable with it and i seemed to know when i was just on the limit of grip and was able to save the car if i went over, sometimes in rfactor and rfactor2 youv'e spun before you had chance to react purely because you have little or no sense of the cars grip level, FFB was ok but needs improving, rfactor2 may be better in that department, graphically its ok but i'm not to bothered about how much eye candy there is, its early days i suppose but comapring this to how rfactor2 felt out of the box IMO this has more potential.

Thats what i was thinking.

With Alan and Chris working on Rfactor 2 conversions i think that is the natural avenue for the league but we'll see what AC has to offer and if that supports custom mods and conversions then we need to consider it very carefully as the initial responses for Asseto Corsa in the community seems to be very very positive.

Dont get me wrong rfactor2 right now is prolly the way to go as it can only get better.

Cannot get over how good this is! Blows everything out the water!

Can't see why we can't have more than one sim platform on the league. Think there are enough members to go around more platforms now.
Other leagues do it and seems to work ok. May have to work something out or maybe could loose members to a sim we wont use.
