Yep! Since it was released waaaaaay back! 
Also ran a fair few pretty successful championships on it as well.
There's loads of decent mods out for it too. Although they've mostly been converted to rFactor already.

We have some friends that play it every week on Thursday evening, starts around 8:00 pm CET / 7:00 pm UK. Usually were around 6-7 drivers, and all have the autoupdater from the german community http://www.weissbierbude.de/ installed. This one will download and install mods and tracks they have.
Should be enough
If anybody wants to join just register at http://www.weissbierbude.de/ (can be switched to english) and download their autoupdater (Python is needed, will be installed with the updater). Start it, it will check your game for installed mods and tracks and will download missing files. For that you just need your DL ticket, which you can find on the mainpage if youre logged in.
