Howdy,
Track map above shows the GP layout, but server is running National . . . Not a biggy, just may confuse anyone wanting to practice offline and running laps on GP layout

Couple of track updates to make everyone aware of following clarification of the track limits rule here - https://wsvr.forumotion.co.uk/t1978-track-limit-rules-reminder
1- Coppice Corner
Corner is prone to cutting and wheels getting on the dirt, by doing so its possible to gain position over a driver following the legal line. Corner is uphill and blind turn in so as a visual marker aid a banner has been placed on inside of the corner. The banner is non movable and non contactable.
2- Roberts Chicane
A)On entry its was possible to straddle the kerb giving a cleaner line onto Wheatcroft Straight and carry more speed. A banner has been placed to as a visual aid and the kerb size increased.
B)On the second part of the corner the left hand kerb was severe and can launch up a car and spin it. Number of past incidents have led to innocnet victims as cars ahead have spun. Kerb size has been increased and raised to reduce the sharp edge of the previous kerb.

Re: RF1 BTCC 2015 - Round 5 Donington
Thats good news mr Lewis, i've also noticed that questionable passing from a few drivers in last WSVR race here but i did not wanted to make a big drama of it. but indeed, some drivers use this not alowed passing in corners in every race (track) so i would ask everyone to stay focus and clean as this server/championship is know around sim comunity's. Not sayin that i'm 100% clean but i'm tryin to be. Race could be won with clean passes over the corners as the last champ race here on doni:
cheers

Re: RF1 BTCC 2015 - Round 5 Donington
Great racing tonight, although 50kg is a killer. Nice move up the inside Race 2 Mats to take the lead , knew it was coming just left you too much room, couldn't get my braking right with the weight
Apologies to Andy for the tap race 3 and in the red zone too I think didn't expect you to brake and then you started to slide, couldn't slow down or get out of the way.

Re: RF1 BTCC 2015 - Round 5 Donington
So I decided to give it a crack after all Whilst my pace was ok, my reactions weren't top-notch and generally I made a lot of errors: brake too late here, run off the road there, get the apex too early the next time etc. etc.
Lag at the start was bad... must make a note to myself to donate towards the new server when I finally get a credit card!
Settled down into 7th in race 1: was holding off Roy until he went off at the chicane. Caught up to the group ahead but made a few mistakes and was forced to fend off Kris. Then I got 5th rather unexpectedly - Jim and Shane appeared to take themselves off at Coppice and lose a lot of time - thank you!!
Saw Chris go off at the chicane and put on full race focus mode - I wanted that position! Wonderful defense by Chris, though I think I would have got him had Shane not given him a push
After finishing race 1, common sense took over and so I logged off and flopped into bed... If that 5th place gets me an extra position in the championship at the end of the season, I'll be happy!
