Can I ask all 'C' license holders to read the 'league rules and racing code of conduct' paying special attention to paragraphs 1d, 5a & 5e, Stewards & Admin watch these races and will not approve 'B' licenses unless these rules & codes of conduct are adhered to.

right i did some offline laps earlier and no problem whatsoever, so i dont know the problem is for my retirement 3 laps every race on the server
