This is where I throw the towel in on 3 championships in a row. Moving house on Weds/Thurs next week, internet gets cut off here on Tuesday. Probably won't be online for 2 weeks at least after that.

That worked just fine for me i joined last 3 min of qual and had time to make my fast lap. it turn up nice. 10p on start of race 1. had a few accidents, and a peddal issue in race 2 but in the race 3 i finnaly get my first points in this championship. Job kill's me so i dont have time for practice but i hope i can be competitive in races with you champions.

thank you all for the great racing evening
had a very unexpected and astonishing good evening with you all on fridays donington Event with great results as a Team and for me personally. Very fullfilling experience allthough after race really finished and paying my dues on saturday.... never mind after getting the right Position for driving by keeping a "relaxed" position for my right arm the lap times came better and better, automatic prooved to be useless , and i really enjoyed the hole evening with you all.
hopfully we can soon see also mike back on track as his Team mate Christian braam was really competitive too ;)good Job Chris
cheers to all, especially staff members and commentator for the warm welcome
cu soon at thruxton

Thanks Roy for your praise but your teammate Jim is also a heavy nut and it makes a lot of fun to fight with him . Friday in donington was one of the best races with all the guys and i hope it would not the last . Cheers

Chris, you raced hard, fair and fast.. missing the race 3 win on the last corner must have been gutting...but just like this years real BTCC meeting
I always enjoy this track, race one was real tough.. positions 4 to 10 seemed to change each lap. Race 2 was great..car was very strong at start to go from 8th to first, light car really helped. Tyres were overheating at the end and hard fight to fend Kevin off on last lap, managed to force him into an error when he went for the pass at Coppice to enable a cut back. First win that's not come in race 3 so very happy about that.
Race 3 was a disappointing lap 1 DNF, got spun into the a wall and lost a wheel.

Re: BTCC14 Round 8 - Donington National
Yea was a fun eve mostly.
Had 3 good starts, Race 1 qual in 16th but only 1sec off, worked my up to 7th (the only driver to do 15 laps with no incidents according to liveracers!!!! if its accurate) with the help of a few over enthusiastic drivers.
Race 2, went round the outside at turn 1, just avoiding a flying citroen, then got bumped on way to old hairpin which pushed me off, got back to 10th.
Race 3, had some good battles worked way thru to 8th but only 11secs behind the winner so am very happy with that.
Overall as say fun eve, good battle with Simon for cpl laps & Tony in the last race.
Just hoping can keep that sort of pace in future events, so much more fun when u can see/chase the cars infront & even catch them now & again.
