New member says hello!

Hi racers,

My name is Ruben, 21 years old and I am from the Netherlands. I am a real auto- and motorsport enthusiast and have played simracing games for about 8 years now. My favourite categories are: touring cars (WTCC, BTCC, DTM) rallyracing (WRC, ERC) and endurance series such as Le Mans Series and Blancpain Gt Series.

What I have missed in online racing is good competition in a fair way and I think this group of simracers is exactly what I am looking for. It would be a pleasure to give it a go and see if I can keep up with you guys.

Hi Ruben and welcome

Hope you'll find our group just what your looking for. Our member base is largely UK and Germany but we have members from many other EU countries also.

If your looking for good fair competition then we strive to achieve that. All new members get a basic C license and part of our requirements for all new members is to run in a couple of our Sunday night cup events or any of our fun events where admins are present to monitor standards. As long as we are happy then we'll award a B license which allows members to join our full championship series events run on Fridays such as our BTCC and Endurance seasons.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of your fellow countryman earlier this year which resulted in a ban, since then standards have been closely managed and much improved. Combined with a fair but structured race stewards process ensures all our members can run and enjoy without wreckers spoiling the fun. It doesn't suit all but were only interested in friendly fun and fair competition here, not large driver numbers. Quality over quantity.
